You might wonder why most “ghost” photos were taken before digital cameras? Its real easy to get your own “ghost” photo, just take an older camera, one with the wind-up bit (a disposable one will do the trick) take a photo of an empty room or something you want to be the base (clear part) of the photo. Wind the wind-up bit around, not all the way though, just enought to create a blurred imprint of the second photo onto the first (this may take a few attempts to get right). So naturally you would take the second photo of a person (or animal) to create the right effect. I learnt how to do this in primary school. Because the photo’s are not digitally altered, they are infact “real” pictures. For greater effect, Take the second photo of a photo of an already deceased person. Ha! There is the “ghost” of your great grandfather, watching over the family eating christmas dinner. Easy as.
