Google‘s Doodle ten days ago was the image below and linked to a Google search of “unexplained phenomena“:

Today, September 15th, it’s this image with a link to a Google search of “crop circles“:

Follow @google on Twitter and you can keep up with Google’s official tweets that correspond to the Doodles — cryptic messages that offer clues.

Ten days ago it was a code that spelled out “All your O are belong to us” a reference to the popular Japanese video game meme of Zero Wing.

This time it’s a list of GPS coordinates that link you to here.

The small town of Woking, Surrey in the UK.

First the O now the L.

Could this be the making of the first Google Alternate Reality Game?

Windows 7 RTM Available On TechNet At 10 AM PST

According to a chat I just had with a Microsoft TechNet Online Concierge the Windows 7 RTM download will be available at 10 AM PST or shortly thereafter.

Windows 7 RTM will be availble in the morning (PST time) of Aug 6th.

And

It is around 10 AM (PST time)

There you have it.

Now get to downloading.

I’M EXCITED THEY ANNOUNCED ELTON JOHN IS OPENING THE SPRINT CENTER!!! This will be fabulous!!! But I digress…

Mayor Mark Funkhouser said this week that he knew who the opening act was [Elton John] and that he was enthusiastic.

But he said if it were up to him, AEG would resurrect Jerry Garcia so the Grateful Dead could play. (HA! Funkhouser is great!!)

Here are 60 pics of the strangest thing to happen to the fast stop in years! BTW, Seven Eleven isn’t paying a dime for all this — the movie studio forked out over a million to do this in 11 cities around the US. Kansas City, unfortunately, didn’t make the cut.

So I couldn’t sleep last night and instead was treated to this strange, androgynous puppet. I stopped watching these movies after Child’s Play 2 so Seed of Chucky took me by surprise at first. It was so weird. Nothing else was on. I kinda liked it.
