Rules of an Aficionado

We need guidelines for the Aficionado. Here is my start.
- No fast food
- No alcohol in system
- Picture of burger must be taken
- Note location, date and time
- Note condiments
- Note first impression
- Note overall impression
- Determine score (scale of 1-10, 10 being the best)
- Submit documentation
